• For remote or non-serviceable areas, we may reach out to inform you and issue a refund if needed.

• Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours of receiving payment and order confirmation.

• For personalized products, we start processing only after customization details are received and approved by the customer.

• Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and courier link will be sent via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

While we try our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

• Unforeseen circumstances (strikes, lockdowns, natural calamities)

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If you receive a package that is:

• Damaged, tampered, or opened, please do not accept it. Take photos and contact us immediately.

• If your order is marked delivered but not received, raise a complaint with us within 24 hours of status update.

We will raise the issue with the courier company and assist you in getting a resolution.
